- The apartment is located in a quiet, residential and family area. Parties, loud music or any other noise that may alter the rest of the neighbors are not allowed. The hours of silence are from 10 pm to 8 am.

- We offer possibility of autonomous arrival, we will give the instructions to get the keys a few days before the date of entry. The arrival time is after 3 pm, unless another time has been agreed.
- It is mandatory to present the documentation of all guests for the registration of travelers of the local police (according to regulations: Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5). And the payment of the tourist fee, which will be paid at the time of arrival; € 1 per person and day. Applies from 17 years and up to the first 7 days of stay.
